Periarthritis of the shoulder is mainly caused by neck and shoulder pain in daily life, and inflammation around the shoulder joint. The main cause of the disease is freezing trauma and infection. Many patients are also caused by rheumatism. The main symptoms are persistent pain and limited mobility. When encountering wind or cold, it will cause a long-term feeling of pain. If it is not treated in time, more serious diseases may occur if it is delayed for a long time. If this type of disease is discovered in daily life, it must be treated in time. In daily life, massage therapy is mainly convenient, simple, and critical. Therefore, in daily life, we must pay attention to keeping warm, strengthen functional training and improve bad posture. Massage therapy mainly involves the practitioner performing four massage movements: (1) The patient sits upright and the surgeon stands behind the patient. The surgeon places one hand on the patient's affected shoulder and the other hand under the patient's elbow on the same side. When the patient's arm is abducted upward, the surgeon presses down with the hand on the affected shoulder to prevent the movement of the thoracic scapula. The surgeon then pushes upward with the hand below the shoulder to stretch the patient's arm as far as possible. Repeat this 20 times. (2) The operator faces the patient who is sitting upright, places one hand under the patient's elbow on the affected side, and holds the patient's wrist on the affected side with the other hand, and rotates the patient's upper limb outward in a circular motion. Repeat this rotation 20 times. (3) The patient stands with his back against a wall and places his hands behind his head. The surgeon faces the patient and holds the elbow on the healthy side against the wall (mainly to prevent the patient from twisting his body). With the other hand, the surgeon holds the patient's elbow on the affected side and presses it down against the wall. This action is repeated 20 times. (4) Ask the patient to maintain the position of the third technique, stretch the healthy arm over the head and lean against the wall. The operator will grasp the elbow joint of the patient's affected limb with his hand and push it against the wall. Repeat this action 20 times. The above 4 massage movements are performed 80 times in total. If the patient can tolerate it, the treatment should be repeated step by step, with each movement gradually increased to 30 or even 40 times each time, once a day, 14 times as a course of treatment, and the patient can generally recover. This method has significant effect on periarthritis of shoulder, subscapular bursitis, neck-shoulder syndrome, etc. The above is whether frozen shoulder can be treated and must be treated in time. In daily life, massage therapy is mainly convenient, simple, and critical. Therefore, in daily life, you must pay attention to keeping warm, strengthen functional training, improve bad posture, and pay attention to some related diseases. Therefore, frozen shoulder is relatively easy to recover. |
