Many people are concerned about what causes itchy soles of the feet. Itchy soles of the feet are mainly caused by some skin diseases, mainly skin infections. At the same time, there are many treatment and diagnosis processes for athlete's foot. It is mainly caused by athlete's foot, and colleagues don’t know that it also has very good effects. In life, we must pay attention to diet and health care, eat more vitamin-rich foods and more fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat less food that is conducive to sweating and some suspicious foods, avoid spicy food, tobacco and alcohol, and pay attention to prevention and care in life. Pay attention to local hygiene and regular cleaning. Some diseases discovered in life that are mainly caused by fungal infections must be treated in time. This disease is more common in middle-aged and young people, less common in children, and more common in men than in women. Due to the differences in pathogens, patients' hygiene conditions and physical constitutions, the clinical manifestations are also different. There are four common types: 1. The dyshidrotic blister type initially presents as numerous scattered thick small blisters, which form ring-shaped scales after rupture, or multiple ring-shaped scales, which gradually expand into flakes, and the skin gradually thickens, causing itching. 2. The interdigital type often occurs between the 3rd and 4th toes or the 4th and 5th toes, and is characterized by a small amount of scaling (Figure 1) and severe itching. Patients often scratch unconsciously, and sometimes the scales are not obvious, and they only feel itching. This is called asymptomatic type, but they are often carriers. Scratching can easily lead to secondary bacterial infection, resulting in local erosion, moisture and exudation. 3. The scaly and keratotic type is characterized by localized irregular erythematous scaly patches on the soles, heels and lateral edges of the feet, with obvious keratinization, roughness and dryness, and clear or unclear boundaries (Figure 2). Symptoms are more severe in winter and are prone to chapped skin. A few papules or blisters often appear in summer. The course of the disease is chronic, the skin may thicken over time, and the toenails are easily affected. This type is mostly caused by Trichophyton rubrum, and the condition is stubborn and difficult to cure. 4. Moist erosive type: This type is often secondary to the interdigital type or dyshidrotic blister type, mostly caused by excessive scratching, often followed by bacterial infection, obvious local inflammation, maceration and erosion, obvious exudation, and itchy and painful sensations. It is more common in summer. The above is what to do if the soles of your feet are itchy. If you don’t treat it in time in childhood, it is mainly caused by athlete’s foot. Colleagues don’t know that it also has very good effects. In life, we must pay attention to diet and health care, eat more vitamin-rich foods and more fresh vegetables and fruits. It will cause other types of diseases, so we must check and treat them in time in daily life. . |
