Leukopenia

Leukopenia

In daily life, we need to protect the human body in all aspects, especially the female body. The female body is prone to diseases, such as adnexitis, vaginitis, and endometritis. These diseases have a great impact on women's body and mind. When treating, they need to be carried out in time. What is the reason for the decrease of human leukocytes?

There are some reasons for the occurrence of any disease. What is the reason for the decrease in human white blood cells? Many people are not very clear about this. When such a situation occurs, it is necessary to check in time to see what the specific problem is.

Leukopenia:

The leukocytopenia symptom group is a disease caused by unknown reasons and secondary to other diseases. It is divided into two categories: primary and secondary. The cause of primary disease is unknown; the cause of secondary disease is believed to be acute infection, physical and chemical factors, blood system diseases, diseases with splenomegaly, connective tissue diseases, allergic diseases, hereditary diseases, acquired or unexplained neutropenia, etc.

Its etiology and pathogenesis can be divided into the following three aspects according to cell dynamics:

① Leukocyte production disorders, including decreased proliferation or regeneration disorders of stem cells.

② Excessive destruction of white blood cells. Due to infection and immunological factors, excessive destruction of white blood cells leads to a decrease in the number of white blood cells in the peripheral blood.

③ Abnormal granulocyte distribution. Due to various reasons, the number of white blood cells in the marginal pool increases, while the number of white blood cells in the circulating pool decreases, which can also lead to leukocytopenia. Leukocytopenia patients do not have many subjective symptoms, with fatigue and dizziness being the most common. In addition, they also have loss of appetite, sore limbs, insomnia, low fever, chills, back pain, palpitations, etc. These symptoms are often ignored by doctors and patients and diagnosed as other diseases. At this time, the total white blood cell count must be checked repeatedly. If it continues to be lower than 4.0×109/hour, it can be diagnosed as leukocytopenia. Leukopenia: In addition to treating the cause, the appropriate treatment plan should be selected according to different patients and pathogenesis

Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of leukocytopenia. When such a situation occurs, timely treatment is required. However, it should be noted that if you want to have a healthy body, you need to make good arrangements for diet, work and rest, and exercise, so that you can protect your own health well.
