Each milliliter contains 15-18ugPN of acellular pertussis antigen, 25-30LF of refined diphtheria toxoid, and 7-14LF of refined tetanus toxoid.

3. Adsorbed pertussis vaccine and diphtheria toxoid mixed preparation (adsorbed pertussis): It is made by adsorbing pertussis vaccine concentrate and refined diphtheria toxoid with aluminum hydroxide. Each milliliter of vaccine contains 8EV of pertussis bacteria and 20LF of refined diphtheria toxoid.
