Causes of sweating

Causes of sweating

The reasons why many people sweat profusely are not very obvious. Sweating profusely is mainly caused by sweating profusely and the sweat flows all over the back. It is also caused by being very scared or nervous. The clothes are soaked with sweat. It is mainly caused by sympathetic nerve excitement. The sympathetic nerve excitement is also relatively extensive, which causes unplanned contraction of the abdominal cavity or the skin, causing some sweating.

It has many benefits on the circulatory and digestive systems, as well as the urinary and nervous systems. Sweating due to some sports anxiety and excitement can also cause such diseases when you have fever, insufficient blood volume, and insufficient breathing.

(1) Effects on the circulatory system: The blood vessels of the skin, striated muscles, and abdominal organs are only innervated by the sympathetic nerves, while the blood vessels of the coronary circulation and cerebral circulation receive both sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve fibers. Therefore, sympathetic nerve excitement can generally cause peripheral arteries to contract, while removal of the sympathetic nerves can cause peripheral arteries to dilate. The treatment of peripheral vascular disease and sympathectomy are based on this.

(2) Effects on the digestive system: The sympathetic nerves mainly inhibit the gastrointestinal tract, slowing down peristalsis. However, when gastrointestinal tone is too low or inactive, sympathetic nerve impulses can increase and excite it. The effect of the sympathetic nerves on the secretory function of the digestive glands is quite inconsistent. Although they can promote the secretion of the pancreas and salivary glands, the secretion is not obvious due to the contraction of blood vessels in this area, while they prevent the secretion of gastric juice.

(3) Effect on the respiratory system: When the sympathetic nerves are excited, they mainly inhibit the activity of the smooth muscles of the small bronchi, thereby expanding the small bronchi and allowing air to flow in and out smoothly. This is why asthma patients get temporary relief after injections of preparations such as ephedrine.

(4) Effect on the urinary system: The stimulation of the sympathetic nerves can relax the bladder wall and contract the internal sphincter, thereby preventing urine from being discharged.

In adults, when the heart rhythm controlled by the sinoatrial node exceeds 100 beats per minute, it is called sinus tachycardia. This is the most common type of tachycardia, and its occurrence is often related to sympathetic nerve excitement and decreased vagal nerve tone.

The above are the reasons for sweating profusely. It is mainly caused by sympathetic nerve excitement, and the activity of sympathetic nerve excitement is also relatively extensive, causing unplanned contraction of the abdominal cavity or the skin, causing some sweating. It has many effects on the circulatory system and digestive system, and also has many effects on the urinary system and nervous system, so in daily life, it must be treated and examined and diagnosed in time.
