Small pimples on the neck

Many friends feel very scared when they grow small pimples on their necks, because they don’t know what causes it or what kind of disease it is. Some people even believe in some folk remedies for treatment, but the pimples on their necks still exist. In fact, according to medical experts, small bumps on the neck are usually caused by warts.

Warts on the neck can be divided into three types: common warts, plantar warts, and flat warts. If it is flat warts, it is generally caused by a viral infection. It is contagious, so the patient's family also needs to pay attention.

There are small pimples on the neck. Symptom classification :

(a) Common warts are commonly known as warts. The rash is gray-brown, brown, or normal skin-colored papules that are the size of soybeans or larger, with a rough, hyperkeratotic, hard, and papillary surface. It often occurs on the back of the hands, fingers, edges of the feet, etc., but can also occur in other parts of the body. Those that occur around the nail are called periungual warts, and those that occur on the nail bed are called subungual warts. Warts are long and thin protrusions with keratinized tips, which are called filiform warts. It often occurs on the neck and eyelids. Warts with jagged finger-like protrusions on their surface are called digital warts. It often occurs on the scalp and between the toes.

(ii) Plantar warts are common warts that occur on the soles of the feet. Initially it appears as a small keratinous papule, which gradually grows to the size of a soybean or larger. Due to pressure on the sole of the foot, keratinized light yellow or brownish yellow callus-like plaques or flat papules are formed. The surface is rough and uneven, slightly concave in the center, and surrounded by a slightly higher keratin ring on the edge, which causes obvious pain. After removing the stratum corneum, there is a loose soft core of keratin underneath, and small black spots can be seen formed by ruptured capillaries and bleeding.

(3) Flat warts are common in adolescents and are mostly distributed on the face, back of the hands, neck, chest, forearms and flexor sides of the legs. The rash is flat, smooth papules ranging in size from a pinhead to a soybean. They are round or oval in shape, normal skin color or light brown. If scratched, they may be arranged in a beaded pattern along the scratches. There are many rashes, scattered or densely distributed. Subjective symptoms are mild or absent. The course of the disease is chronic, and most patients recover on their own within 1 to 2 years or longer, but it may relapse.

Now that you know what the small pimples on the neck are, and you want to eliminate the symptoms as soon as possible, you should first be careful not to seek treatment blindly and do not believe in so-called folk remedies. You must go to a regular hospital for treatment to prevent the disease from continuing to develop and causing more serious harm to your body. In order to avoid the growth of small pimples on the neck, I hope that everyone can take preventive measures in daily life.
