Why can't men urinate completely?

Urinary incompleteness means that you always have the urge to urinate, but the urine always drips and cannot be completely discharged. Urinary incompleteness is very frustrating. There are many reasons for male urinary incontinence, but most of them are caused by prostate disease and urinary tract infection.

Prostatitis: Symptoms of prostatitis include frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, incomplete urination, dribbling urination or white sticky discharge from the urethra. In addition, they often feel distension and pain all over the body, dull pain and discomfort around the genitals, cold and damp scrotum, distension and pain in the waist and back, and weakness in the lower limbs.

Prostatic hyperplasia: Prostatic hyperplasia is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly men. The direct pathological reaction is urethral obstruction, resulting in symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and incomplete urination. As the symptoms of hyperplasia develop, urethral obstruction gradually worsens, urine cannot be emptied, and the amount of urine retained in the bladder continues to increase, increasing the internal pressure of the kidneys on both sides, causing bilateral hydronephrosis, damaging renal function, and leading to chronic uremia.

Urinary tract infection: Male reproductive urinary tract infection mostly refers to the invasion and infection of the male genitals and nearby organs by various external pathogens, causing these organs to become diseased and their functions to be impaired. The symptoms of reproductive infection diseases mainly include varying degrees of frequent urination, urgency, pain, and difficulty urinating.
