What diseases are prone to occur at night

As people get older, all kinds of problems arise, especially for some middle-aged and elderly people who are most likely to get sick when they go to bed at night. According to surveys by many experts, many people get sick more often at night. The elderly generally cannot get angry or stimulated easily. If their emotions fluctuate greatly due to some things at night, they are prone to get sick if they are not adjusted well in the second half of the night, so try to calm down when you go to bed.

Many elderly people have the habit of watching TV or going out for a walk at night, but they try not to make large movements. Otherwise, the body will still be excited and fail to adjust in time. Once they lie down to sleep, the symptoms will slowly come on. Therefore, many people become ill in the middle of the night.

Angina:

Due to fatigue, sudden climate changes, or tension from watching TV at night, the elderly may have sympathetic nerve excitement, coronary artery constriction, and increased venous blood return during sleep, which increases the workload on the heart. When the myocardium does not receive sufficient blood supply, it can cause temporary myocardial ischemia and hypoxia and cause angina pectoris. At this time, family members should immediately help the elderly stand up and let them take nitroglycerin or quick-acting heart-saving pills sublingually, which can usually relieve the symptoms.

Cerebral infarction:

Elderly people generally have cerebral arteriosclerosis. Some people are afraid that drinking water at night will increase nocturia and limit their water intake, which results in increased blood viscosity, slow blood flow and cerebral infarction. When elderly people experience limb numbness, crooked mouth, and inability to move their limbs at night, they should consider the possibility of cerebral infarction. At this time, family members must not shake the elderly, otherwise it may cause the thrombus to dislodge and cause other complications. The treatment is to keep quiet and immediately give drugs that dissolve the clot. You should follow the doctor's advice, adjust your diet, drink water to dilute your blood before going to bed at night, and it is best to drink a glass of cold boiled water when you get up at night to reduce blood viscosity.

Therefore, we must pay attention to the incidence rate of the elderly at night. We cannot let the elderly go to bed right after watching TV. They can calm down appropriately before going to bed, or take a walk to relax their mood and let the excitement of the lever gradually dissipate. This will avoid the incidence rate at night. Even if you feel uncomfortable, you should take pills in time to relieve the symptoms.
