Why is the stool green?

Green stool is a common phenomenon in daily life. It is mainly caused by poor gastrointestinal function or dysfunction. The color of stool is mainly determined by bile secretion. If the bile secretion decreases, the color of stool will become some clay color or milky white. If the bile secretion is excessive in a short period of time, the color of stool will be dark green.

Green stool is related to excessive bile, which may be a temporary stimulation of bile secretion. If this symptom is seen clinically, it is also caused by excessive bile secretion. But you don't need to worry about it in your life. Improving some common dietary therapies can also have a therapeutic effect on excessive bile secretion.

There are many contributing factors to functional dyspepsia, among which mental factors are the most common. Non-ulcer dyspepsia is a disease caused by impaired gastric motility. Common symptoms include upper abdominal discomfort or pain, bloating, heartburn, belching, etc. Patients often do not want to eat due to discomfort such as chest tightness, fullness, and bloating. Relevant experts believe that it is best to use relatively safe Chinese patent medicine to treat non-ulcer indigestion.

The above is why the stool is green. As well as some common oral medications that aid digestion, the bile phenomenon will be normal. In daily life, it is also caused by some functional indigestion. Excessive bile secretion requires avoiding greasy and irritating foods, quitting smoking and drinking, and developing good living habits to avoid overeating. Therefore, in daily life, you must pay attention to dietary adjustments.
