Make sure you have some time to relax every day. We all need to recharge. For example, many people relax by listening to music, reading, taking a bath, or watching comedy movies. In addition, ensure adequate sleep every day.

3. Take a deep breath to eliminate anxiety:

Facing a complex environment, deep breathing is the most helpful. It can calm you down and restore your spirit. Patients often feel tired, have headaches, and dizziness, which are actually caused by tension. Consciously practicing deep breathing exercises can effectively relieve the above symptoms, making people feel refreshed and energetic. There are many ways to practice. The simplest step is to take a breath as deep as possible, sink the air into the bottom of the abdomen, then hold your breath, and exhale slowly when you feel a little stuffy, and exhale as thoroughly as possible. Repeating this process about 20 times will generally help relieve tension.

4. Keep exercising:

Make exercise a part of your life. It doesn't need to be too challenging to start—an easy walk will do. Engage in outdoor activities but don't exercise too vigorously. You can take long walks, swim, jog, or travel outdoors. In addition to paying attention to your own psychological adjustment, you can also adjust the human body from an environmental and physiological perspective to relieve headaches and anxiety attacks.

For vascular tension headaches, following the above-mentioned lifestyle adjustments can effectively prolong the disease attack cycle and reduce the possibility of disease attacks as much as possible. In order to ensure the best results, please pay attention to the above-mentioned factors while also changing your bad living posture and avoid putting too much pressure on the head, neck, shoulder and back muscles.
