【Usage and Dosage】

Intravenous drip. Adults: 0.1-0.2g at a time, twice a day, or as directed by a doctor.

【Adverse Reactions】

Poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, insomnia, dizziness, headache, rash, elevated serum alanine aminotransferase and local irritation symptoms after injection may occur occasionally, but they are generally tolerated and disappear after the treatment.

【Notes】

1. Patients with renal insufficiency should reduce the dosage or use with caution.

2. Use with caution in patients with nervous system diseases.

3. Avoid using it with theacid. If simultaneous use is necessary, the plasma concentration of theophylline should be monitored to adjust the dosage.

4. When used simultaneously with warfarin or its derivatives, the prothrombin time or other coagulation tests should be monitored.

5. When treating patients with sexually transmitted diseases, syphilis serological tests should be performed to avoid delaying the treatment of syphilis.

6. The intravenous drip rate should be at least 60 minutes for every 100 ml. Too fast a drip rate may easily cause venous irritation symptoms or central nervous system reactions.
