Cracked heels

Cracked heels

Many friends will have cracked heels in winter. If the heels are cracked, not only will you feel very uncomfortable when sleeping at night, but if you don’t take good care of them, the symptoms of dryness will easily worsen, and even cracks will occur, causing bleeding. In order to make your feet more comfortable, you must pay attention to preventing cracked heels.

If you want to prevent cracked heels, you first need to soak your feet frequently at night. You need to dry your feet in time after soaking. It is best to apply some hand cream on them. This can effectively prevent cracked heels. If you already have cracked heels, you can use the following methods to treat them.

1. Cut a used 8 cm clean plastic bag diagonally and take out the bottom half (a triangular pocket). After washing your feet at night or the next morning, put the plastic bag on your heels and put on your socks.

2. Wash your feet with warm water at about 40℃ and dry them after about 10 minutes. Mix mustard paste with warm water and apply it to the affected area 2 to 3 times to heal.

3. Apply fresh orange peel juice to the cracks on your hands and feet. This will gradually soften the hard skin and heal the cracks. In addition, you can also soak dried orange peels in water to wash your hands and feet, which can achieve the same effect.

2 taels of licorice, half a bottle of glycerin, half a bottle of alcohol (an empty medicine bottle for drip). Put the licorice in an empty bottle, then pour the alcohol into the licorice bottle. Cover the licorice with alcohol and seal it with a lid. After a week, filter the liquid with gauze, then pour an equal amount of glycerin into the same bottle and mix before use. For chapped feet, wash your feet with warm water for 20 minutes every night. After drying, use cotton wool dipped in double glycerol solution to rub the cracked areas. Rub again after getting up in the morning. They will be healed in 3 to 4 days.

The above are all ways to solve the problem of cracked heels. There is another method you can try, which is to apply enema after soaking your feet. Generally, applying it for about a week can also solve the problem of cracked heels. In fact, it is not difficult to solve the problem of cracked heels. You just need to pay more attention to foot care.
