Menopausal syndrome

Menopausal syndrome

Menopause is a physiological sign of women. Women in menopause tend to have a hot temper and are easily anxious and angry. They lose their temper and cannot control themselves. Under normal circumstances, it is 45-48 years old. Some women may enter menopause early or late due to illness, emotions and other factors. Insomnia, irritability, joint pain, etc. are all manifestations of female menopausal syndrome.

Women in menopause will lose much more physical strength than before, their tempers will become more and more violent, and a series of changes will occur in their mental and psychological aspects. The time when menopausal syndrome ends is also different, generally half a year to a year, depending on the individual. Women in menopause should pay attention to maintaining an optimistic attitude, eat more nutritious food, and eat a light diet.

Female menopausal syndrome is a transitional period in which female ovarian function gradually declines to complete disappearance. It is a series of clinical symptoms caused by physiological and psychological changes, with common symptoms including hot flashes, sweating, irritability, palpitations, insomnia, or depression and forgetfulness. According to clinical manifestations, this disease belongs to the category of "pre- and post-menopausal symptoms" in traditional Chinese medicine. The occurrence of this disease is the physiological changes that occur in women before and after menopause, when kidney qi gradually depletes, Chong and Ren meridians become deficient, essence and blood are insufficient, and the essence gradually stops, and menstruation is about to stop, but some women cannot adapt to these physiological changes for a while due to physical or mental factors as well as other factors, causing the imbalance of yin and yang, and dysfunction of qi and blood in the internal organs, resulting in a series of symptoms of internal organ dysfunction.

If the emotions are not smooth, the liver fails to release, the liver is depressed and the qi is stagnant, or the spleen fails to function properly, phlegm and dampness are generated internally, or the person is obese and has a lot of phlegm, the emotions are not smooth, the liver is depressed and the qi is stagnant, over time it will lead to qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the phlegm and blood stasis will combine to cause illness.

If the body is Yin deficient, or if there is excessive sexual intercourse and childbirth, due to the gradual cessation of menstruation, the Chong and Ren meridians are deficient, the essence and blood are insufficient, the kidney Yin is deficient, and water cannot contain wood, which leads to liver and kidney Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of liver Yang. Or the kidney Yin is insufficient and cannot replenish the heart Yin, or the heart fire is hyperactive and cannot be transferred to the kidney, causing the heart and kidney Yin and Yang, water and fire to lose balance and form heart-kidney disharmony.

If the body is naturally yang deficient, or if the kidneys are affected by a long-term illness, or if there is excessive sexual intercourse, the kidney yang will be damaged. The insufficient kidney yang cannot warm the spleen yang, resulting in spleen and kidney yang deficiency.

Women in menopause should pay attention to self-regulation, eat a light diet, and ensure adequate sleep. They can do some exercise every day, do some square dancing, etc. to relax themselves and regulate their emotions. Menopausal syndrome needs to be cared for in daily life. Communicate more with family members. Family members should pay more attention to and care for menopausal women. Women in menopause can also drink some Chinese herbal medicine for conditioning, which has good results.
