How to treat foot odor? Five tips to help you solve

Foot odor is a problem that bothers many people, and it is also a problem that most people want to solve. Foot odor is related to many factors, shoes, socks and so on are all causes of foot odor. Generally speaking, traditional Chinese medicine is the most common treatment for foot odor, and there are also some folk remedies that can treat foot odor.

1. Fig Leaves

Prepare a few fig leaves, add water and boil for about 10 minutes. After you adapt to the water temperature, soak your feet for 10 minutes, twice a day. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to take effect.

2. Wash your feet with rice vinegar

When washing your feet, add 10 to 15 ml of rice vinegar to the water, mix well, and soak your feet for about 15 minutes. Do this once a day for three to four days in a row, and you will see significant results.

Foot odor is not contagious, but people with foot odor usually have athlete's foot. If your family members have athlete's foot, you should ask them to seek treatment as soon as possible, otherwise their feet will become extremely itchy, which will affect their life and work.

3. Winter melon peel

Winter melon peel has the effects of relieving heat, strengthening the spleen, and promoting diuresis. It can be used to treat symptoms such as edema, abdominal distension, and difficulty urinating caused by kidney disease, lung disease, and heart disease. Washing your feet with a decoction of winter melon peel can cure both athlete's foot and foot odor, killing two birds with one stone.

4. Boil radish in water

Cut half a white radish into thin slices, put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat for 5 minutes, then boil it over low heat for 3 minutes, then pour it into a basin, and wash your feet repeatedly after it drops to a suitable temperature. Washing several times can remove foot odor.

5. Use salt to wash socks and deodorize

On the one hand, foot odor comes from foot sweat, and on the other hand, socks tend to smell after absorbing foot sweat. Therefore, when washing socks, you can put half a spoonful of salt in the water (depending on the number of socks) and soak the socks for about 15 minutes, and then wash them with laundry detergent.
