Tinea pedis, also known as athlete's foot, is a very common skin disease. There are many types of athlete's foot, the most common one is blister-type athlete's foot. The occurrence of athlete's foot has a great impact on us. The most obvious symptom we feel is itching. Many patients, especially at night, will feel that the itching symptoms are particularly uncomfortable, and they can't help scratching, which will cause skin damage. Blistering tinea pedis is a very common type of tinea pedis. Patients will have blisters on their feet. There are many reasons for tinea pedis. Many times it is because we do not pay enough attention to the hygiene of our feet. People who are tired for a long time will easily suffer from athlete's foot. It must be treated as soon as possible. Blistering athlete's foot 1 Overview Blister-type athlete's foot is located under the epidermis of the podiatria. Since the podiatria of the plantar part are thicker, the blister wall is not easily penetrated. There is no redness on the skin around the affected area. The skin is absorbed and peeled off after a few days. The damage can continue to expand and spread around. Sometimes small blisters can merge into large blisters, and the blister fluid is clear and yellowish white. Blister-type athlete's foot can occur throughout the year, but is more common in hot weather. For blister-type athlete's foot, you can first soak your feet in Chenxiang Zuqing, and then apply some foot-cleansing cream. Athlete's foot patients feel severe itching, and after scratching for a long time, the skin becomes rough and thick, which can often develop into scaly athlete's foot. Some patients with athlete's foot also develop secondary infection due to scratching, and the blisters become yellow pustules with redness around them. If the blisters rupture, erosions may form, and systemic symptoms may occur easily. Patients with blister-type athlete's foot should pay more attention to their diet and avoid irritating the affected area. 2 Causes Description of vesicular athlete's foot in traditional Chinese medicine 1. Damp-heat athlete's foot: The symptoms of damp athlete's foot mainly include dampness, erosion, itching, or oozing of yellow fluid between the toes or on the soles of the feet, or redness, swelling, ulceration and peeling, and even swollen toes, red tongue, yellow tongue coating, and deep or no pulse. The treatment should be to clear away heat and dampness, warm the body and relieve itching. 2. Cold and damp athlete's foot: Symptoms of cold and damp athlete's foot include dampness and erosion between the toes or on the soles of the feet, itching, or immersion in yellow water, or numbness, cold pain, or ulceration and peeling, cold hands and feet, and even swollen toes, pale tongue, white tongue coating, and deep pulse. The pathological mechanism of the disease is that cold and dampness infiltrate the skin, wreaking havoc on the skin's defense system, causing the skin to be deprived of the nourishment of qi and blood and to be ravaged by cold and dampness, thus developing the pathological disease of cold and damp athlete's foot. 3. Athlete's foot caused by blood stasis, cold poison: The main symptoms include dampness, erosion, itching, pain, or pus and blood between the toes or on the soles of the feet. The toes are dark purple in color, or itchy and painful, or ulcerated and peeling, and even swollen toes. The tongue is dark, the tongue coating is thin, and the pulse is deep. The pathological mechanism of the disease is internal obstruction of blood stasis, which combines with cold toxins and causes rampant spread, thus developing into a pathological disease of blood stasis, cold toxins.
