Purslane for Eczema

Purslane for Eczema

Purslane is a wild vegetable that grows beside paddy fields. Many of our friends may not know it because we rarely eat wild vegetables in our lives. Purslane, a wild vegetable, is not only edible and tastes great, but it is also very effective in treating eczema. I hope that friends with eczema can get some purslane and apply it to the wound, so that you can cure the effects of eczema faster.

Purslane can be used to treat eczema, but when we use purslane, we should first grind it and apply its juice to the affected area. It can quickly cure the effects of eczema. It is recommended that you try its efficacy.

Wash the collected purslane, boil it in boiling water for 15 minutes, wait until it cools down and then wash the affected area with it. Wash it two or three times a day. You can also smash the purslane and use the soup to rub the affected area. Using both methods together will have better results.

We adopted a treatment method of clearing heat, dispersing wind and nourishing blood, and asked her to eat cold-mixed purslane every day. The specific method is: take 200 grams of purslane, and appropriate amounts of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and salt. After washing the purslane, put it in a pot, add water and boil over low heat. Take out the purslane and drink the soup on an empty stomach. Take in two doses. Then mix purslane with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and salt and eat. At the same time, prepare 100 grams of purslane, wash and mash it. After washing the skin, apply purslane to the areas with red spots. Apply 4 to 6 times a day.

Purslane is sour in taste and cold in nature. It enters the liver and large intestine meridians. "Essentials of Raw Medicinal Herbs" says: "(Purslane) treats dysentery, clears away heat and toxins, and washes hemorrhoids, malnutrition and furunculosis." "Suwen Xuanji Yuanbingshi" also says: "All pains, itches and sores are caused by heart fire. Portulaca oleracea is pungent and cold and can cool blood and dissipate heat, so it is the main treatment for carbuncles, furuncles, white baldness, and thirty-six kinds of wind-skin sores. If it is mashed and applied, the swelling will dissipate and the roots of the furunculosis will be removed. If the juice is squeezed and taken, the bad things will go down. It can be applied internally and externally." And "Bencao Shiyi" says: "(Purslane) stops thirst." That is to say, Portulaca oleracea has the effects of clearing away heat and toxins, relieving thirst and relieving itching. It can be taken internally and applied externally to treat "carbuncles, furunculosis", "malnutrition and furunculosis", "thirty-six kinds of wind-skin sores", etc.

Regarding the purslane introduced in the article that can treat eczema, I hope you can remember it. In summer, the incidence of eczema is relatively high, because eczema is mainly caused by skin allergies due to unclean skin, which can cause great harm to our body, so we should treat eczema well.
