The appearance of white-yellow liquid on the glans is a problem that many men have experienced, and there are many diseases that can cause this problem, such as chronic prostatitis, non-gonococcal urethritis, urinary tract infection, etc. No matter which disease it is, if allowed to develop, the condition will worsen, which will seriously affect men's health and even affect men's sexual function, so patients need to go to the hospital for active treatment! 1. Chronic prostatitis Chronic prostatitis refers to chronic inflammation of prostate tissue caused by various causes and is the most common disease in urology. It includes two parts: chronic bacterial prostatitis and non-bacterial prostatitis. Among them, chronic bacterial prostatitis is mainly caused by pathogen infection, mainly retrograde infection. The pathogens are mainly Staphylococcus aureus. There is often a history of repeated urinary tract infections or the continued presence of pathogenic bacteria in the prostate massage fluid. Nonbacterial prostatitis is a complex pathological change involving inflammation, immunity, and neuroendocrine caused by a variety of complex causes and triggers, leading to urethral irritation symptoms and chronic pelvic pain as the main clinical manifestations, and is often accompanied by mental and psychological symptoms. The clinical manifestations are diverse. The disease progresses slowly and is lingering.
2. Non-gonococcal urethritis Non-gonococcal urethritis is a syndrome with multiple causes, and the pathogens are mostly chlamydia, mycoplasma, Trichomonas, herpes virus, Candida, etc. 30% to 50% of non-gonococcal urethritis is related to Chlamydia trachomatis, 20% to 30% is caused by ureaplasma urealyticum infection, and 10% is caused by microorganisms such as Trichomonas vaginalis, Candida albicans, herpes simplex virus, Mycoplasma genitalium, adenovirus and Bacillus. Chlamydia and mycoplasma have weak resistance to the external environment and can be killed by heating at 56°C for 5 to 10 minutes. Commonly used disinfectants such as formalin, Lysol, and carbolic acid can also easily kill them. 3. Urinary tract infection Urinary tract infection, also known as urinary system infection, is an inflammatory response of the urothelium to bacterial invasion, usually accompanied by bacteriuria and pyuria. Urinary tract infection can be divided into upper urinary tract infection and lower urinary tract infection according to the site of infection; according to the relationship between the two infections, it can be divided into isolated or sporadic infection and recurrent infection, the latter of which can be divided into reinfection and bacterial persistence, which is also called recurrence; according to the state of the urinary tract at the time of infection, it can be divided into simple urinary tract infection, complicated urinary tract infection and urosepsis. |
