Stroke is a general term for acute brain diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. This type of disease often manifests itself in symptoms such as sudden fainting and crooked mouth. Because the morbidity and mortality rates of these diseases are relatively high, measures should be taken in the early stages of the disease to curb its development. It is best to prevent cerebral stroke early. To prevent cerebral stroke, we must first understand the causes of cerebral stroke.

There are many causes of stroke. Some brain diseases that are not treated well can cause stroke. For example, poor treatment of high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, etc. can cause stroke. In addition, some bad habits in daily life can also cause stroke.

Causes of stroke

1. Bad mood (angry, excited)

2. Improper diet (overeating, drinking improperly)

3. Climate change; pregnancy; dry stool; watching TV for too long; improper use of brain, etc.

4. Overwork; excessive exertion; excessive exercise; sudden changes in body position such as sitting up or getting up

5. Various disease factors, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hemophilia, heart disease, high blood viscosity, bradycardia, and vascular sclerosis

6. Improper medication, such as improper use of antihypertensive drugs

7. Hypertension is the most common cause of stroke. 93% of patients with cerebral hemorrhage have a history of hypertension.

8. Heart disease, such as endocarditis, may cause mural thrombosis; bradycardia may cause insufficient blood supply to the brain

9. Congenital abnormalities of cerebral blood vessels are common causes of subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage

10. Obesity: Clinical observations have found that obese people have a 40% higher chance of suffering a stroke than normal people.

11. Smoking. Tobacco contains a large amount of nicotine, which can cause weight loss and reduce appetite, but at the same time it can also cause insulin resistance and increased cortisol, which are factors that lead to high blood sugar and blood pressure, ultimately leading to a stroke.

It can be seen that a large part of the occurrence of some strokes is caused by some bad daily habits. Therefore, to effectively prevent stroke, you must strictly regulate your behavior as mentioned above. In addition, you should actively learn some first aid measures to avoid being caught off guard when a stroke occurs.
