How to treat rheumatism

How to treat rheumatism

I believe that some of our friends or relatives around us may suffer from rheumatism. This disease can be caused by many situations. As long as we have bad habits in our lives, rheumatism may also occur. If rheumatic disease occurs, it is difficult to treat, mainly because the recurrence rate of this disease is very high, which patients need to pay attention to.

A high recurrence rate does not mean that the disease cannot be cured. As long as you use the correct method and persist in treatment, you can recover. If you are interested in the treatment of rheumatism, you can look at the following information.

Plaster therapy

Traditional Chinese medicine plaster application therapy has a long history in my country. The method of use is simple, the treatment process is safe and painless, and does not require any medical equipment. Patients can directly apply the medicine to the affected area without affecting their normal work and life. The so-called "one elixir and two oils, the plaster will be thick, three ups and three downs, boil it until it is dry and remove the residue, water drops into beads, remove the elixir from the fire, the elixir is ripe, and cold water is added to the ground." The plaster made by this method is black like lacquer, soft when hot and hard when cold, sticky when applied and peeled off when pulled out. The traditional Chinese medicine plaster for arthritis, Qufengkangtie, is made of a variety of precious Chinese herbal medicines. It is safe and easy to use, has a rapid effect, and has a long-lasting efficacy. Direct external application can achieve the effects of regulating qi and blood circulation, dispersing blood stasis and relieving pain, expelling evil and strengthening the body. The all-round treatment can completely eradicate the root cause of bone hyperplasia.

Diet therapy

Rheumatism does not only refer to muscle and joint pain caused by wind, dampness or cold. To be precise, rheumatic diseases refer to special mucus that flows from the brain to the joints and other places, causing pain. It includes all diseases that invade the musculoskeletal system such as joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, bursae and other tissues, with pain as the main manifestation. Regardless of the cause of the disease, it is included in this list. Of course, the causes or triggers of the disease may include environmental factors such as wind, dampness, cold, as well as infection, immune dysfunction, endocrine disorders, metabolic abnormalities, family heredity, and degenerative diseases.

Drug treatment

Patients often feel stiffness and fatigue in the joints, accompanied by pain. The stiffness improves and the pain is relieved after activity, but the pain becomes worse after continued activity. The pain is relieved after rest, hot compresses and other treatments, but symptoms are aggravated by cold and damp weather. The joints are sometimes slightly swollen and there is tenderness at the edges of the joints. If the pain is not severe, no medication is necessary. If the pain is severe, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics can be taken. Pay attention to the side effects of drugs. Oral medications can cause great damage to the liver, kidneys, and gastrointestinal tract.
