Symptoms of prostatitis

Symptoms of prostatitis

Prostatitis is a common disease among men. There are many causes of prostatitis, such as sitting for a long time or bacterial infection, etc. There are also many symptoms caused by prostatitis. The most obvious ones are some symptoms of the urinary system, such as frequent urination, urgency and pain. More serious cases may also cause urinary retention. Of course, it also has a great impact on heart function and can easily cause impotence, premature ejaculation, etc.

Symptoms of prostatitis

1. Reproductive system symptoms: sexual dysfunction such as loss of libido, impotence, premature ejaculation, painful ejaculation, hematospermia, spermatorrhea, and poor semen liquefaction, low sperm motility, decreased motility, increased abnormal sperm, and semen agglutination. 2. Symptoms of depression: lack of energy, worry, irritability, insomnia, nightmares, forgetfulness, and even anxiety, fear, anger, inferiority, and in severe cases, suicidal tendencies. Symptoms may be aggravated or alleviated by iatrogenic factors. 3. Pain: The main manifestations are discomfort or pain in the perineum, anus, and posterior urethra, or discomfort or dull pain above the pubic bone, groin, lumbar sacral region, testicles, penis, etc., or reflex pain below the thigh and above the knee with varying degrees. 4. Urinary tract symptoms: Milky white secretions are common in the urethra, especially during bowel movements or when abdominal pressure increases. Frequent urination, urgency, pain, residual urine, burning sensation in the urethra during urination, and increased nocturia. 5. Other symptoms: mainly fatigue, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, constipation or loose stools, etc.

The first cause of prostatitis is premature sexual intercourse. Generally speaking, men do not reach maturity until they are 24 or 25 years old. If they have sex too early, their sexual organs will not yet mature, which will deplete their sperm and cause congestion of the prostate, which can easily lead to sexual dysfunction to varying degrees. After adulthood, they are prone to premature ejaculation, impotence, low back pain, and aging. 2. Unclean sexual life. Many sexually transmitted diseases in men, such as syphilis, gonorrhea, etc., are related to unclean sexual life, and prostatitis is no exception. 3. Excessive sexual activity. A moderate sex life can bring people a pleasant mood and experience, and is good for the body and health. However, if you indulge in sexual desire without restraint, the reproductive organs will be congested for a long time, which will cause a decline in sexual function and easily lead to prostatitis, prostate hypertrophy, impotence, premature ejaculation, and inability to ejaculate. 4. Lack of habit of self-examination. Investigations have shown that for testicular cancer, penile cancer and the like, the cure rate is very high if discovered in the early stages. However, once they develop to the late stages, the therapeutic effect is not ideal. Therefore, men over 35 years old may wish to check their external reproductive organs regularly.

5. Sitting for long periods of time. The position of the prostate determines that men sit on the prostate to a large extent, so men who sit for long periods of time have a heavier burden on the prostate. Sitting slows down blood circulation, leading to chronic congestion and congestion of the prostate and accumulation of local metabolic products, which in turn leads to obstruction of the prostate ducts and poor secretion of glandular fluid, leading to the occurrence of chronic prostatitis.
