What to do if you have kidney stones and blood in your urine

Kidney stones refer to stones that occur at the connection between the kidney and ureter. Common symptoms include sudden colic, and in severe cases, nausea and abdominal tightness may also occur. But a problem that patients often face is hematuria due to kidney stones, which brings a great mental burden to patients with kidney stones. In fact, patients do not need to worry, as hematuria due to kidney stones can be cured.

Kidney stones and hematuria are a symptom that often occurs when the disease develops to a certain extent. Patients can choose to go to the hospital for treatment in time, or they can choose to alleviate the condition by adjusting their diet in daily life, thereby effectively treating the symptoms of kidney stones and hematuria.

Hematuria is often caused by diseases of the urinary organs. Human urine is produced in the kidneys and excreted from the body through the renal pelvis, ureters, bladder, and urethra. If any of these organs are diseased or bleeding occurs, it can cause hematuria.

Common diseases that cause hematuria include various nephritis, urinary tract infection, hemorrhagic cystitis, urinary tract stones, renal tuberculosis, renal tumors, kidney and urethra injuries, etc. Hematuria is one of the main symptoms of the above diseases.

First aid measures

(1) Rest in bed and minimize strenuous activities. If necessary, you can take sedatives and sleeping pills such as phenobarbital and diazepam.

(2) Drink plenty of water to reduce salt crystals in urine and speed up the excretion of drugs and stones. People with nephritis who have developed edema should drink less water.

(3) Use hemostatic drugs, such as Anluoxue, Zhixuemin, vitamin K, and vitamin C can also be used in combination.

(4) Use drugs that cause hematuria with caution, especially in people who already have kidney disease.

(5) Hematuria is caused by urinary tract infection, which can be treated with oral and injectable antibiotics and urinary tract cleansers, such as norfloxacin, furazolidone, ampicillin, penicillin, metronidazole, etc.

Through the above explanation of the phenomenon of hematuria caused by kidney stones and some rescue measures, we have a further understanding of the phenomenon of hematuria caused by kidney stones. Therefore, when the disease develops to this extent, patients can alleviate the phenomenon of hematuria through the methods described above. I hope the above introduction can help alleviate your condition. I wish you a speedy recovery.
