250 grams of fresh yam, 150 grams of red beans, 30 grams of water chestnut rice, 20 grams of white lentils, 20 grams of poria cocos, 4 black plums, and appropriate amounts of fruit and sugar. Preparation method: Add appropriate amount of sugar to the red bean paste. Grind Poria cocos, white lentil and Euryale ferox rice into fine powder, add a small amount of water and steam until cooked. Peel the fresh yam, steam it until cooked, add the flour and mix well into a paste. Place a layer of fresh yam powder and a layer of red bean paste on a plate, about 6-7 layers in total. Garnish the top with appropriate amount of fruit and steam it again. Boil black plums and white sugar into a juice and pour it on the steamed cake. Eating it in portions can strengthen the spleen and stop diarrhea.

② Lily porridge:

60 grams each of water chestnut and lily. Put the above two herbs into rice porridge and cook them into porridge. It is mainly used to treat diarrhea caused by spleen deficiency.

③ Purple Amaranth Porridge:

100 grams of purple amaranth and 50 grams of white rice. First boil the amaranth with water, take the juice and remove the dregs, use the juice to cook rice into porridge, and eat it for breakfast in the morning.

④ Silver Flower Brown Sugar Tea:

30 grams of honeysuckle and an appropriate amount of brown sugar, soak in water and drink.

⑤Pomegranate peel brown sugar tea:

1-2 pomegranate peels, appropriate amount of brown sugar, soak in water and drink.

⑥ 60 grams of plantain, 60 grams of stove core soil, and 3 grams of ginger, decocted in water and taken orally.
