1. After the frozen chicken cartilage is thawed, clean it, drain the water and marinate it for one hour with garlic and salt (for a bag of 4 catties chicken cartilage, add 10 grams of salt and 50 grams of rice wine and marinate for 1 hour)

2. Fry in 60% water for 6 minutes until crispy and cooked. Remove from the pan to control oil and replenish water.

4. Add old rock sugar pepper and chili pepper and cook over low heat
