Urinary system disease is a common disease. Cystitis glandularis is a urinary system disease, which is called urinary tract infection in Western medicine. Glandular cystitis is generally caused by long-term poor urinary tract hygiene, bladder stones, etc. Glandular cystitis needs to receive regular treatment in time. If glandular cystitis is not treated in time, it can develop into glandular bladder cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it small intestine fire. Everyone needs to understand the symptoms of glandular cystitis in order to treat it as soon as possible. If you have ever smelled your own urine, you will know that normal urine just discharged has a smell of grass. If the urine has an odor, it means there is inflammation. If the inflammation is serious, it will become glandular cystitis. Cystitis glandularis most commonly affects the bladder neck and trigone, but may also affect the entire bladder mucosa or the distal ends of both ureters, causing hydronephrosis. Cystitis glandularis is similar to cystitis cystica and can be differentiated by microscopic examination. Cystitis is characterized by mucus-containing columnar epithelial cells that line the mucosal surface or form glands that grow downward into the lamina propria. If accompanied by bacterial inflammation, the affected mucosa will become red, swollen, rough and uneven, sometimes looking like a cancerous tumor. There are three manifestations of cystoscopic examination: ① Papillary edema structure, which can be separated by deep grooves. No vascular branches can be seen in the papilla itself, and edema can be seen in the adjacent inflammatory area. These edematous mucosal protrusions are like bullous edema, but the solidity and opacity of the edema can be distinguished from bullous edema; ② Solid villous hyperplasia, this lesion can be fused together, or it can be separated into focal lesions by normal or slightly abnormal bladder mucosa; ③ Cystic changes, mostly in the trigone and around the internal urethral orifice, and occasionally appear on the side wall and top of the bladder. Cysts can occur singly or in groups. In the early stage, the cyst is translucent and contains clear serous fluid; in the late stage, the cyst becomes hard, yellow-gray, and filled with yellow sticky or colloidal substances. Cystitis glandularis is a proliferative non-neoplastic disease. In addition to drug treatment, patients with cystitis glandularis should pay attention to their diet and eat more light foods. For the sake of your own health, you must develop a good habit of observing your urination regularly. Once you find any abnormal urination, you should seek medical attention in time and actively seek treatment with the help of a doctor. |
