Eat less high-fat foods. Excessively high cholesterol levels in the blood can cause atherosclerosis of the blood vessel walls. Vascular sclerosis reduces the blood supply to the inner ear and causes malnutrition of the auditory organs, leading to hearing loss or deafness. 7. Actively treat colds. Because colds can affect the ventilation of the Eustachian tube (the tube from the pharynx to the middle ear cavity). In addition, if you blow your nose with improper force, the germs in the mucus may accidentally enter the middle ear cavity, which can easily cause purulent infection in the middle ear and affect hearing. 8.
