Drugs such as iodine, bromide and corticosteroids are prohibited. Maintain good living habits.

(1) Local treatment ① For acne, papules, pustules, and inflammatory nodules, you can use 5% to 10% benzoyl peroxide gel, 1% clindamycin gel, 1% rifampicin ointment, 2% mupirocin ointment, and 1% tinidazole gel. ②For abscesses and cystic skin lesions, the following treatment methods can be used: first extract the pus, and then inject triamcinolone-A and 160,000 gentamicin into the cyst. You can also inject triamcinolone-A, α-chymotrypsin (lyophilized powder diluted with 2 ml of water for injection), and 2% lidocaine in a ratio of 1:2:2 into the cyst depending on the size of the abscess and cyst.

(2) Systemic treatment ① Sensitive antibiotics can be selected for oral administration based on the results of the drug sensitivity test. If there are no conditions for drug sensitivity testing, the following drugs can usually be used for treatment: tetracycline, 4 times a day, plus trimethoprim and metronidazole, twice a day. For patients with severe conditions, rifampicin can be used instead and taken on an empty stomach every morning. For patients with severe inflammation, in addition to antibiotics, prednisone can be added and taken every morning. ②Isotretinoin, taken orally 2 to 3 times a day, usually needs to be used continuously for more than 5 months. For those who have contraindications to isotretinoin, tanshinone can be used instead, 3 times a day. For women who do not desire pregnancy, compound cyproterone acetate can be used instead. ③Dapsone.
