How to take care of your eyes

1. The first thing I want to tell you is that to maintain your eyes, you must do eye exercises. It is simply equivalent to massaging your eyes. Eye exercises can promote the movement of the skin around the eyes, which will improve the flexibility of the eyes. Thereby protecting the eyes.

2. The second thing I want to tell you is that your eyes must rest frequently. You cannot stare at one place for a long time without moving. 3. Finally, I want to tell you that to maintain your eyes, you must clean them regularly. 4. Eat more foods that are good for eyesight, such as longan meat, yam, carrot, spinach, sweet potato, taro, corn, animal liver, beef, mulberry, red dates, etc., or drink tea made with red dates, ginseng (ginseng food), wolfberry, chrysanthemum, and monk fruit to protect your eyes. It is generally believed that monk fruit is suitable for people with hoarseness and throat discomfort. In fact, monk fruit is also very effective for patients with high temper and poor eyesight.

5. The eyes like coolness and are afraid of heat. When the heart fire or liver fire is excessive, the eyes will develop eye stains, become dry, red, swollen, and congested. Washing your face frequently with running cool water can reduce eye diseases, protect eyesight, and enhance the eyes' resistance to disease. The benefits are especially obvious for people who often suffer from red eyes, dry eyes, blurred vision, etc. Fumigating your eyes with tea is also very helpful in protecting your eyes and restoring vision. When fumigating your eyes, cover the mouth of the cup with your hands to prevent the heat from dissipating too quickly. If the tea is too hot and unbearable, you can let it cool down a little, but the fumigation time must be about 10 minutes, and you must persist in doing it at least once a day.
