Treatment for right tonsil enlargement

Tonsils are a kind of lymphatic organ in the human body. They have the function of detoxification, but they do not play a big role in detoxification. So when we get angry after eating, the tonsils will become inflamed. The inflammation is often accompanied by swallowing pain and swollen tonsils, but it does not mean that swollen tonsils are caused by tonsillitis.

Three modern western medicine treatment methods

1. Conservative treatment 1 Local medication for tonsils: Apply 3% hydrogen peroxide, 1% zinc oxide solution, 1%~2% iodine glycerin, 10% tannic acid glycerin, etc. on the surface of tonsils, once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment.

2. Injection into tonsils: 0.5% procaine solution containing 5% anhydrous alcohol is injected into the tonsils at three injection points: upper, middle and lower. 2 ml is injected into each point. Both sides are injected at the same time. Once a week for 3 times

This is one course of treatment. Or use 0.5-2 ml of 10%-30% sodium thiosulfate to inject different parts of the tonsils on both sides once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment.

3. Crypt irrigation therapy: Use effective antibiotics for crypt irrigation.

4. Cryotherapy: Use liquid nitrogen and Freon to contact the tonsils through a special freezer dust head for 1-4 minutes, causing partial necrosis. Repeat once every 3-4 weeks until all the tonsils are destroyed. But it is still difficult to completely remove them.

5. Surgical treatment: Conservative treatment is mainly adopted for simple tonsillitis. When the treatment is ineffective and the inflammation is irreversible, surgical resection should be considered. A tonsillectomy is performed to remove all the tonsils and their capsules.

Under normal circumstances, swollen and painful tonsils are mostly caused by the dryness and heat of food, so it is recommended that you drink more water, eat less dry and hot food that is easy to cause inflammation, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and do not drink too hot soup to avoid scalding the tonsil mucosa.
