How does Traditional Chinese Medicine treat Liver Qi Stagnation?

How does Traditional Chinese Medicine treat Liver Qi Stagnation?

Many women experience symptoms of headache, chest tightness and irritability from time to time. In fact, the occurrence of these symptoms is related to liver qi stagnation. Although liver qi stagnation will not cause particularly great harm to human health, if it is not treated for a long time, women may experience conditions such as irregular menstruation. Conditions such as liver qi stagnation fall under the category of traditional Chinese medicine, so the effect of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine would be more ideal.

Women may experience the following symptoms:

1. The depression and anxiety caused by liver qi stagnation often lead to headaches, irritability, mood swings, chest and flank pain, abdominal distension, and endocrine disorders in women.

2. Whether a woman's menstruation is normal or not is closely related to the normal function of the liver's qi regulation. If the liver qi is not regulated, it can lead to too short a menstrual period, small menstrual volume, intermenstrual bleeding, dizziness during menstruation, and insomnia during menstruation.

3. The liver meridian runs through the flanks. Poor operation of the liver meridian may also lead to breast hyperplasia, breast nodules and even breast cancer.

4. Liver depression leads to insomnia, which is manifested as difficulty falling asleep, and even if you fall asleep, you will have many dreams and be easily startled. Failure to ensure sleep quality can cause women to lose their qi and blood, have rough skin, and have a dull complexion. Among them, insomnia caused by liver depression and fire transformation is mostly caused by anger damaging the liver.

In fact, emotions will also have an impact on liver qi. The liver prefers happy emotions, and some negative emotions will have adverse effects on it.
