How often should you do scraping?

For everyone, scraping should be familiar with it. It is a very traditional health-preserving method in ancient China and is loved by many ordinary people. Each of us has a different physical constitution, so the method and frequency of scraping are different. In addition, the time and space of scraping are also different. Scraping should not be done too frequently. It is recommended not to scrape every day. How often should you do scraping and what should you pay attention to after scraping?

Everyone's physique is different, so the number of times is different. There is no time or space limit for scraping, but don't do it too frequently. About once every 3 to 5 days is enough. Don't scrape every day or several times a day.

Drink a cup of hot water after scraping treatment. Scraping treatment can open sweat pores and expel evil spirits, which will consume some body fluids. Drinking a cup of hot water after scraping can not only replenish the consumed water, but also promote metabolism and accelerate the excretion of metabolic products.

Time for bathing after scraping: After scraping treatment, in order to avoid the invasion of wind and cold, you must wait until the skin pores close and return to their original state before bathing, which is usually about 3 hours. However, during bathing, scraping can be done before the water stains have dried. Because the pores are slightly open during bathing, scraping takes less time and has a significant effect, but you should pay attention to keeping warm.

Scraping methods for different types of skin diseases For patients with skin diseases, if the lesions are dry, without inflammation, exudation, or ulceration (such as neurodermatitis, vitiligo, psoriasis, etc.), you can scrape the lesions directly. Painless benign nodules on the skin and subcutaneous areas can also be scraped directly. If the skin lesions are purulent, ulcerated with exudate, or acutely inflamed with redness, swelling, heat, and pain (such as eczema, herpes, furuncle, boil, carbuncle, sore, etc.), do not scrape the skin lesions or the inflamed area directly, but scrape around the lesions.

If you suffer from certain diseases, such as allergic epilepsy, leukemia, or thrombocytopenia, etc., you cannot perform scraping. Also, if you have a broken bone but have just recovered, you cannot do scraping. Pregnant women or women who are menstruating are also not allowed to do scraping.
