What to do if your knee is osteonecrosis

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 6g of Rhizoma Chuanshanicae Sinensis, appropriate amounts of refined salt and vegetable oil, and a little sesame oil.

Method: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the washed and chopped radix chuesii, stir, then add salt and sesame oil, stir evenly. Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, then pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook until cooked.

Efficacy: There is one thing you need to pay attention to about this dietary therapy for femoral head necrosis in children, that is, the food must be eaten all at once. It has the functions of strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness, clearing and benefiting the joints. It is suitable for patients with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head whose dampness and heat are not severe and whose vital energy is already weak.

2. Eel Soup

Ingredients: 15g Eucommia ulmoides, 250g eel, 100g pork, appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, cooking wine, vinegar and pepper.

Preparation method: Add Eucommia ulmoides into water and boil until done, remove the residue and set aside the juice; kill the eel, remove the internal organs and wash it clean, blanch it with boiling water, scrape off the sticky substances on the skin and cut it into sections; chop the pork into foam, stir-fry in a pan with oil, add water and Eucommia ulmoides juice, put in the eel sections, green onion, ginger and cooking wine, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until the fish is crispy, add vinegar and pepper, then serve and sprinkle with coriander.

Effect: This dish can be eaten with meals. It has the functions of nourishing the liver and kidneys, replenishing qi and blood, and dispelling wind and unblocking meridians. It is suitable for patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head and liver and kidney deficiency.

4. Precautions for femoral head necrosis

1. Avoid eating spicy food: Patients with femoral head necrosis should avoid eating spicy food, drinking excessively, quit smoking, and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.

2. Reduce alcohol intake: Drinking alcohol inhibits the function of the central nervous system, and symptoms will become more severe after drinking. Patients with femoral head necrosis must abstain from alcohol.
