You can take 10 grams of Linderae scabra and 100 grams of mutton, add 10 grams of galangal, 100 grams of white peony root, and appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, salt and rice wine, put them into a gauze bag, add water and simmer together with the mutton until the mutton is cooked, take out the gauze bag, drink the soup and eat the meat. It can treat sadness and drive away the cold, and it can also dredge the meridians and activate blood circulation, relieve qi and relax the intestines, and it has a protective effect on the spleen and stomach. There are many uses for Wuyao. In addition to decocting it, it can also be ground and applied externally. Use it according to your own condition and stop when it is enough.
