Chronic nephritis refers to diffuse or focal inflammatory changes of bilateral glomeruli of different pathological types caused by various causes, so strictly speaking it is not an independent disease. So how should chronic nephritis be treated? Can chronic nephritis be cured? How to treat nephritis? 1. Actively controlling hypertension can prevent renal function decline or improve already damaged renal function, prevent cardiovascular complications, and improve long-term prognosis. 2. Reduce urine protein and delay the decline of renal function. Proteinuria is closely related to the decline of renal function and should be strictly controlled. ACEI and ARB have the effect of reducing urinary protein. Their dosage often needs to be higher than the dosage required for lowering blood pressure, which can prevent the occurrence of hypotension. 3. Limit the intake of protein and phosphorus in food. A low-protein and low-phosphorus diet can reduce glomerular high pressure, high perfusion and high filtration, delay glomerular sclerosis, and provide a high-quality low-protein diet according to the condition of renal function to ensure the intake of high-quality protein. 4. Avoid factors that aggravate renal damage. Infection, hypovolemia, dehydration, fatigue, water-electrolyte and acid-base imbalance, pregnancy and the use of nephrotoxic drugs may damage the kidneys and should be avoided or used with caution. Diet therapy for chronic nephritis 1. 50-100 grams of polished japonica rice and 5 grams of Chinese pokeweed. First, boil the rhubarb in water, remove the residue, and then add rice to cook porridge. Once a day or every other day. Suitable for edema caused by chronic nephritis and ascites caused by cirrhosis. 2. 250 grams of fresh broad beans or dried broad beans, 500 grams of lean beef, and a little salt. Cut the beef into pieces, put it into a casserole with broad beans and salt, simmer until cooked and serve twice a day in any amount you like. 3. Put 30 grams each of gourd peel, wax gourd peel, and watermelon peel and 10 grams of red dates in a pot, add about 400 ml of water, boil until about 150 ml, and remove the residue. Drink the soup, 1 dose per day, until the edema subsides. 4. 1 to 2 live crucian carps, 50 grams of rice, and 5 to 8 rushes. Add appropriate amount of water to the above 3 ingredients and cook into porridge for consumption. 1 dose per day, suitable for chronic nephritis and pyelonephritis. 5. 200 grams of fresh Imperata root and 200 grams of rice. First wash the Imperata root, add appropriate amount of water, boil it for half an hour, remove the residue, add washed rice, and continue to cook it into porridge. 6.
