How many types of clinical symptoms are there for dermatitis?

Psoriasis is a common skin disease in life. This type of skin disease is very harmful to patients, so we must pay attention to it. So what are the clinical manifestations of psoriasis?

1. Ordinariness;

This type of psoriasis usually occurs on the human scalp, trunk, and extensor side of the limbs. It can usually be diagnosed through red papules on the skin. If the symptoms expand and merge into patches or plaques, there will be thick silvery-white scales on the surface with irregular shapes.

2. Erythroderma;

This type of psoriasis is more serious, with more than half of the skin on the body appearing red, so it is easy to diagnose psoriasis. Sometimes the armpits, thighs and navel may experience swelling, resulting in exfoliation and oozing of the skin. The mouth and nose may become congested and red. Patients often have fever, chills, headache and general discomfort.

3. Pustular;

There are generalities and limitations. Generalized pustular psoriasis is usually an acute onset disease, with pustules spreading throughout the body within a few days to a few weeks, often accompanied by high fever, swollen and painful joints, and general discomfort. Localized pustular psoriasis is most common in palmar pustular psoriasis, with symmetrical erythema on the palms and toes, which dry up on their own after about a week. New pustules appear after desquamation, and the disease recurs repeatedly and has a stubborn course.

4. Arthropathy;

This type of psoriasis generally occurs in large and small joints, most commonly in the small joints of the wrists, fingers and toes, and may also occur in the spinal joints. The affected joints are red, swollen, and painful. In severe cases, there is fluid in the joint cavity. The skin near the joints is swollen and movement is restricted, and systemic symptoms such as fever are often present.

The above is the doctor’s introduction and I hope it can be helpful to everyone. Psoriasis is highly recurrent. It is important to detect psoriasis in time and seek medical treatment early so as to get rid of it as soon as possible and reduce the damage it causes.
