Is it good to do scraping regularly? These benefits make you have to choose

In traditional Chinese medicine, scraping is a health-care method that can maintain health and cure diseases. Generally speaking, people can promote the flow of qi and dredge meridians through appropriate scraping. So, is it good to scrape frequently?

1. Scrape your hands and feet to promote qi circulation and dredge meridians

Women often experience cold hands and feet. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this is mainly related to insufficient yang in the body or poor circulation of qi and blood. It is recommended that you first scrape your palms with the surface of the scraping board. After your palms become warm, use the grooves on the scraping board to scrape all sides of your fingers, from the base to the fingertips, 5 to 10 times in each direction, which can promote qi and unblock the meridians. The same principle can be applied to scraping your feet.

2. Scrape around the eyes to improve eyesight

I believe everyone has done eye exercises and is very familiar with some of the acupoints. Using scraping instead of finger massage can stimulate the acupoints more effectively. First, use a scraping comb to press the Jingming point, and then use the Jingming point as the starting point and the outer corner of the eye as the end point, and scrape from both the upper and lower eye sockets. It can improve the circulation of qi and blood in the meridians around the eyes and relieve visual fatigue and dryness.

3. Scraping the abdomen can help relieve constipation

Frequent constipation will not only affect the entire digestive system, but also cause the body to absorb a large amount of toxins. At this time, we can use the scraping method, scraping the panel from bottom to top and from left to right. What we need to pay attention to is that if the internal organs are sagging, we can scrape them from bottom to top.

4. Scrape the neck to promote blood circulation and relax muscles

Neck and shoulder discomfort is an "occupational disease" for desk workers. Gua Sha can invigorate blood circulation and relax muscles, improving the state of local blood stasis. There are mainly three routes, namely, from the midpoint of the posterior hairline to the Dazhui point, and from the upper edges of the two outer corners of the posterior hairline to the left and right shoulders respectively. In addition, scraping this area when you have a cold can also have the effect of dispelling wind and relaxing muscles.
