Recipe: 50 grams of black wolfberry and 2000 ml of rice wine.

Preparation method: Soak black wolfberry in rice wine, seal and store for 4 months. Take 30-50 ml each time, twice a day, after meals.

Recipe: 10 grams of black wolfberry, 20 grams of Poria cocos, 20 grams of raw Rehmannia root, 20 grams of cooked Rehmannia root, 20 grams of Cornus officinalis, 20 grams of Achyranthes bidentata, 20 grams of Polygala tenuifolia, 20 grams of Acanthopanax cortex, 20 grams of Acorus calamus, 20 grams of Lycium bark, and 1000 ml of white wine.
