[Formula 1]: 20 grams of Gastrodia elata, 15 grams of Angelica sinensis, 15 grams of Rehmannia root, 15 grams of Rehmannia root prepared, 20 grams of Polygonatum odoratum, 15 grams of Notopterygium wilfordii, 15 grams of Achyranthes bidentata, 15 grams of Angelica dahurica, 15 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 10 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, 10 grams of Scrophularia ningpoensis, 5 grams of cinnamon, and 2000 ml of white wine.

Preparation: Grind the above-mentioned drugs into coarse powder, put them into gauze bags, tie the bags, and soak them in white wine. After 4 days, take out the medicine bag and squeeze out the liquid. Mix the squeezed medicinal liquid with medicinal wine, let it stand, and filter it to get the product.

Directions: Oral. 10-20 ml each time, twice a day.

Efficacy: Nourishes blood, dispels wind, and activates tendons and joints.

Application: Used for spasms of tendons and veins, numbness of limbs, pain in waist and knees, and rheumatism.

[Recipe 2]: 200 grams each of Gastrodia elata, Angelica dahurica, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Angelica sinensis, and Atractylodes macrocephala, and 5000 grams of white wine. Put all the ingredients into a porcelain jar and soak for 7 days. Then filter the wine and remove the residue. Drink 50 grams 3 times a day. Or remove the white wine from the above medicines, dry and grind the other medicines into fine powder, and put them into 0# capsules. Take 4 capsules 3 times a day with warm white wine before meals.

Effect: Treat pain in both knee joints, rheumatism, rheumatism in women, and paralysis of hands and feet

Indications: Pain in both knee joints, cold feet, inability to lift, and arthritis caused by wind, cold and dampness.

[Recipe 3] Ginseng and Gastrodia Wine: 84 grams each of Gastrodia elata and Achyranthes bidentata, 70 grams of Astragalus, 280 grams of Cyathula capitata, 11 grams of Safflower, 16 grams of Ginseng, 4000 milliliters of white wine, and 340 grams of white sugar.

Preparation: Grind the above-mentioned medicines (except safflower) into coarse powder, put them in a clean jar, add white wine, seal, soak for 7-10 days, unseal, filter out the residue, and bottle for later use.

Directions: Take orally twice, once in the morning and once in the evening. 15-25 ml each time.

Indications and functions: The combination of these medicines has the effects of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation, relaxing muscles and relieving pain; it is mainly used to treat symptoms such as qi and blood deficiency, joint pain, low back pain, and numbness of the limbs.
