Treatment of hernia

1. Conservative treatment Conservative treatment mainly includes two types: drug therapy and hernia belt therapy.

2. Drug therapy Drug therapy can relieve symptoms such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, constipation, etc. caused by hernia, thereby reducing the hernia; the disadvantage is that it cannot control hernia prolapse. Commonly used Chinese patent medicines include Hernia Neixiao Pills, Juhe Pills, Buzhong Yiqi Pills, etc.; or grind cinnamon into powder, mix it with vinegar, and wrap it with gauze to apply to the navel.

3. Hernia belt therapy: Hernia belt therapy can quickly stop the protrusion of the hernia, thereby effectively preventing the development of hernia and relieving symptoms such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and constipation caused by hernia. The disadvantage is that it can only treat reducible small intestinal hernia but not hydrocele. The hernia treatment belt is the safest and most effective specialized equipment for hernia patients. It can only play an auxiliary treatment role and achieve the purpose after being fixed by the instrument. This product has the advantages of no surgery, no hospitalization, low cost, no pain, no toxic side effects, easy to use, and does not interfere with the patient's normal work. Precautions

Postoperative Care

1. If the child vomits

If this happens, stop eating for four hours.

2. Protect the wound to prevent infection and suppuration. If bleeding, exudation, redness, swelling, heat, pain, or high fever occurs, please see a doctor immediately.

3. The scrotum will have varying degrees of swelling after the operation, which will subside within 2-3 days. If bruising occurs, see a doctor for examination.

4. The wound should not be exposed to water for 4 days after the operation, and you can take a normal bath after 5 days.

5. Within 3 months after surgery, try to avoid letting the child exert excessive force.

6. Sleep on your side. If the surgery is done on the right side, lie in the left lateral position.
