Chop into pieces; soak the fish glue in water and cut into pieces; wash and soak the Chinese yam for 1 hour and clean the inside of the circle. Put all the ingredients into a stewing pot, add appropriate amount of boiling water, cover the stewing pot, simmer over low heat for 3 hours, season and serve.

It is used for those who have suffered from fever, childbirth, fatigue, weak qi and blood, and insufficiency of spleen and stomach, with symptoms such as muscle heat, thirst, poor appetite, flushed face, or insomnia. It can also be used for women with fever during menstruation.
