Fifth, develop good eating habits

The diet should be light and easy to digest. Also, be careful to avoid eating irritating foods, such as spicy hot pot, hot and sour noodles, etc., especially don't drink coffee or tea before going to bed at night. If you drink these, you won't want to sleep at night. These will excite your cerebral cortex and keep you awake.
