Seasonal allergies

Seasonal allergies

Seasonal allergies usually occur during the change of seasons when the temperature suddenly drops and rises. When the skin and other organs are exposed to various stimuli and the skin has not adjusted and adapted in time, some allergic symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling, pustules, rashes, etc. will appear. Seasonal allergic rhinitis can also cause symptoms such as nasal congestion, itchy nose, runny nose, and swollen eyes. It will recur every year and then disappear on its own.

The general source of allergic symptoms is "allergens". There are thousands to millions of substances that cause allergies in our body. They are inhaled through human diet and contact and induce allergies in the human body. One's physical condition can also cause allergic symptoms.

Common allergens are introduced as follows: Inhaled allergens such as pollen, catkins, dust, mites, animal dander, oil smoke, paint, car exhaust, coal gas, cigarettes, etc.

Ingestible allergens include: milk, eggs, fish, shrimp, beef, mutton, seafood, animal fat, foreign protein, alcohol, drugs, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, sesame oil, flavors, onions, ginger, garlic and some vegetables and fruits. Contact allergens such as: cold air, hot air, ultraviolet rays, radiation, cosmetics, shampoo, detergent, hair dye, soap, chemical fiber products, plastic, metal jewelry (watches, necklaces, rings, earrings), bacteria, mold, viruses, parasites, etc. Injectable allergens such as penicillin, streptomycin, xenobiotic serum, etc. Self-tissue antigens whose structure or composition is changed due to mental stress, work pressure, microbial infection, ionizing radiation, burns and other biological, physical and chemical factors, as well as self-hidden antigens released due to trauma or infection can also become allergens.

Preventing seasonal allergies can also greatly reduce allergy symptoms. In order to prevent the occurrence of allergic symptoms, you should also pay attention to the prevention and treatment measures for your skin and yourself, do a good job of daily skin care, eat more fruits containing vitamins, and avoid allergens. Thereby reducing allergies.
