Conservative treatment for hemorrhoids, six ways to get rid of hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are a secret problem that many people cannot tell. When hemorrhoids occur, not only will the patient feel uncomfortable, but they will also suffer from constipation, difficulty in defecation, blood in the stool and other problems. There are usually two ways to treat hemorrhoids: surgical treatment and conservative treatment. If the hemorrhoids are not serious, conservative treatment can be used.

1: Drug application therapy

1: This refers to the method of applying the drug directly to the affected area. It is suitable for hemorrhoid prolapse, swelling and pain, anal itching caused by excessive secretions, postoperative bleeding and residual wounds, etc.

2. Acupuncture therapy

1: Acupuncture treatment of hemorrhoids has a long history. The works of doctors of all dynasties have recorded a variety of acupoints and methods for treating hemorrhoids. Commonly used acupoints include Zanzhu, Yankou, Yinjiao, Baihuanyu, Changqiang, Chengshan, etc. It is mainly suitable for symptoms such as internal hemorrhoid bleeding, prolapse, swelling and pain, and anal distension and discomfort, and has unique therapeutic effects.

Three: Suppositories

1: Refers to the method of local administration of drugs into the anus. This method is more effective than oral medication because local rectal administration acts directly on the hemorrhoids, takes effect quickly and effectively. After the drug is absorbed through the rectum, it can directly enter the general circulation without being detoxified by the liver. This not only reduces the liver's damage to the drug, but also reduces the drug's irritation to the liver. At the same time, direct rectal administration can avoid the destruction of drugs by gastric acid and digestive tract enzymes, and also avoid the irritation of drugs to the gastric mucosa. Therefore, the application of suppositories is becoming more and more widespread. There are many kinds of commonly used suppositories, such as chlorhexidine hemorrhoid suppositories, Mayinglong hemorrhoid suppositories, hemorrhoid-releasing suppositories, erythromycin suppositories, indomethacin suppositories, etc. The above suppositories are sold in all pharmacies.

2: Suppositories have hemostatic, analgesic, astringent and anti-inflammatory effects on first-, second- and third-stage internal hemorrhoids. They also have therapeutic effects on systemic symptoms and proctitis, and can be used as a relatively simple, easy and reliable conservative treatment.

4. Internal Treatment

1: Refers to the method of using oral medication to treat hemorrhoids. Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of hemorrhoids. That is, on the basis of the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment, different treatments are given according to different causes, pathologies, locations of the disease, different physical constitutions and ages. According to the pathogenesis of hemorrhoids, which are mostly caused by damp-heat, wind-dryness and fire evil that damages the blood vessels, resulting in stagnation of qi and blood and the formation of lumps, Chinese medicine adopts the specific treatment principles of purging fire and cooling blood, clearing away heat and moistening dryness, dispelling wind and dampness, and invigorating qi, nourishing blood and consolidating hemorrhoids. There are many single prescriptions and proven prescriptions for treating hemorrhoids, which have good therapeutic effects and can be selected based on syndrome differentiation.

Five: Anal dilation therapy

1: It can be used for internal hemorrhoids of all stages, and is more effective for internal hemorrhoids combined with strangulation that causes pain and bleeding. It is not suitable for people with anal incontinence, the elderly, postpartum women, people with diarrhea or those who have used sclerotherapy. The side effects of this therapy mainly include anal sphincter incontinence caused by improper anal dilation, mucosal tears, submucosal hematoma and mucosal prolapse. Therefore, this therapy is still controversial.

6. Choosing a treatment

1: It is a folk method for treating hemorrhoids discovered and sorted out by medical workers in my country in recent years. There are mainly three types of hemorrhoid point treatment, acupoint treatment and regional treatment. Although the treatment cannot make hemorrhoids disappear, it can improve local blood circulation and has anti-inflammatory, hemostatic and analgesic effects. It is an effective conservative treatment.

7: Early hemorrhoid symptoms are generally not

If the disease is serious, conservative treatment combined with diet and exercise can often avoid the need for surgery.
