The treatment is aimed at strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi, raising yang and opening the orifices. The prescription is Yiqi Congming Decoction with modifications. The medicinal ingredients include 20 grams each of Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus, 10 grams each of Atractylodes macrocephala, Pueraria lobata, Vitex rotundifolia, and Acorus calamus, 15 grams of Angelica sinensis, 6 grams each of Tangerine peel, Chuanxiong, Bupleurum, and Cimicifuga heracleifolia. Take one dose daily, decocted in water twice, and taken warm in 2 to 3 times. One course of treatment is 10 days. 3. Liver fire disturbance type1: Symptoms include thundering in the ears, aggravated by anger, swollen and painful ears, headache and dizziness, red eyes and face, bitter mouth and dry throat, restless sleep, constipation and dark urine, red tongue with yellow coating, and stringy and rapid pulse. The treatment is aimed at clearing the liver, relieving heat, relieving depression and unblocking the orifices. The prescription is Longdan Xiegan Decoction with modifications. Medicinal gentian and raw rhubarb are 6 grams each, gardenia, scutellaria, bupleurum, akebia, plantain seed, oriental water plantain, and calamus are 10 grams each. 4. Kidney Essence Deficiency Type1: Symptoms include cicada-like buzzing in the ears, which is worse at night, hearing loss, dizziness, soreness of the waist and knees, frequent dreams and spermatorrhea, red tongue with little coating, and a thin and rapid pulse. Medicinal Rehmannia root, yam, magnet 20 grams each, Cornus officinalis, peony bark, Alisma orientalis, Poria cocos, Schisandra chinensis, and Acorus calamus 10 grams each. 5. Phlegm-fire stagnation type1: Symptoms include buzzing in the ears, hearing loss, dizziness and heaviness in the head, chest tightness and abdominal distension, cough with excessive sputum, red tongue, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and a stringy and slippery pulse. The treatment is aimed at clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, lowering turbidity and opening the orifices. The prescription is Huanglian Wendan Decoction with modifications. Medicinal usage: 10 grams each of Pinellia, dried tangerine peel, Scutellaria, Citrus aurantium, and apricot kernel, 15 grams each of whole Trichosanthes, Poria, and 6 grams each of Coptis chinensis, Arisaema consanguineum, and Licorice. 6. Wind-heat invasion type1: Symptoms include ear distension, tinnitus, hearing loss, headache, chills, fever, dry mouth, pale red tongue, thin yellow tongue coating, and floating pulse. The treatment should be to dispel wind and heat, disperse evil and open the orifices. The prescription is Yinqiao Powder with modifications. The medicinal ingredients include 15 grams each of honeysuckle, forsythia, and reed root, 10 grams each of mulberry bark, schizonepeta, light black beans, burdock seeds, chrysanthemum, platycodon, calamus, and vitex, and 6 grams each of bamboo leaves, cimicifuga, mint, and licorice. 7: Tinnitus is a condition in which the patient experiences tinnitus in the ear or head.A sound felt.
