1. Yellow urine caused by chronic prostatitis

The symptoms of chronic prostatitis vary greatly, and the severity of the disease also varies greatly. Clinically, in addition to causing yellow urine, it may also be accompanied by the following symptoms:

1. Urinary discomfort: Bladder irritation symptoms may occur, such as frequent urination, burning and pain in the urethra during urination, and radiating to the head of the penis. In the early morning, there may be secretions such as mucus at the urethral opening, and there may also be a feeling of difficulty in urination.

2. Local symptoms: a feeling of heaviness and discomfort in the posterior urethra, perineum and anus, which is aggravated by squatting, defecation and sitting on a chair for a long time.

3. Radiating pain: The pain of chronic prostatitis is not limited to the urethra and perineum, but also radiates to the surrounding areas. Lower back pain is very common. In addition, the penis, spermatic cord, testicles and scrotum, lower abdomen, groin area (thigh root), thigh, rectum, etc. may be affected. It should be pointed out that the low back pain caused by chronic prostatitis is in the lower back, which is easily confused with low back pain due to orthopedic reasons such as myofasciitis and lumbar muscle strain. However, the latter is mostly near the belt area, which is higher than the low back pain caused by prostatitis and can be distinguished.

2. Yellow urine caused by urinary tract infection

Urinary tract infection is a very common male disease that causes urine abnormalities. Clinical manifestations include:

(1) Abnormal urination. Common urination abnormalities caused by urinary tract infection are frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating. Urinary incontinence and urinary retention may also occur.

(2) Abnormal urine. Urinary tract infection can cause abnormal changes in urine, the most common of which are yellow urine, bacteriuria, pyuria, hematuria and pneumaturia.

(3) Low back pain. Low back pain is a common clinical symptom, and kidney and perirenal diseases are one of the common causes of low back pain. When the renal capsule, renal pelvis, and ureter are irritated or the tension increases, it can cause pain in the lower back. Lower urinary tract infection generally does not cause lower back pain. Inflammation of the kidney and surrounding areas, such as renal abscess, perinephritis, perirenal abscess, and acute pyelonephritis, often causes persistent and severe pain in the lower back. The low back pain caused by chronic pyelonephritis is often soreness.
