Being angry and shouting is a sign of excessive liver fire. The liver, in terms of will, represents anger, and in terms of voice, represents shouting. If a person loses his temper easily and shouts loudly, it may be that there is a problem with the liver. Generally, it is because the liver fire is too strong. You can eat some cold foods that help clear the fire. Chrysanthemum tea, shepherd's purse, and loofah are all beneficial for soothing the liver and detoxifying.

People who are accustomed to "sighing" may have liver qi stagnation. Bupleurum, mint, and perilla leaves can relieve liver depression and prevent qi stagnation. Office workers should move around frequently, stretch, and rub their waist and back, all of which will help nourish the kidneys.
