What is vasculitis? The cause and health care of vasculitis

Vasculitis is an inflammation of necrosis of endothelial cells and muscle cells, and the cause is often unclear, so you need to pay attention to strengthening the body's immunity and resistance, and pay attention to diet and health. Salvia miltiorrhiza wine and red bean boiled millet have a certain alleviating effect.

Symptoms

Vasculitis is an inflammation characterized by infiltration of inflammatory cells in the blood vessel walls and around the blood vessels, accompanied by vascular damage, including fibrin deposition, collagen fiber degeneration, and necrosis of endothelial cells and muscle cells. It is also called vasculitis. Primary vasculitis is caused directly by pathogenic factors acting on the blood vessel wall, and vasculitis is caused by certain symptoms and signs on this basis; secondary vasculitis is caused by lesions in adjacent tissues affecting the blood vessel wall, but this is only one of the lesions, so it is not a vasculitis disease. In the so-called collagen vascular disease, vascular damage is one of the important concomitant lesions, so it should be classified as a broad vasculitis disease.

Vasculitis is not uncommon. Vasculitis lesions not only affect the blood vessels themselves, but also the tissues and organs controlled by the blood vessels. Some of them can be fatal. Since the application of corticosteroid treatment, the prognosis has improved greatly. The clinical symptoms and signs of vasculitis vary depending on the type, size, and function of the blood vessels.

Pathological etiology

The causes of most diseases are unknown, while the causes of a few are relatively clear, such as serum sickness, drug allergy and infection. Hepatitis B virus has been confirmed to be the cause of long-term multiple vasculitis. Subsequently, it has been discovered that Chinese cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex virus and adult T-cell leukemia virus can all cause vasculitis.

The occurrence of primary vasculitis is mainly caused by immune abnormalities, and more research has been done on humoral immunity, while less research has been done on cellular immunity. There are two types of allergens: endogenous and exogenous. Endogenous antigens include nuclear antigens, cryoglobulins and denatured immunoglobulins, while exogenous antigens include various drugs and infectious factors. However, in most diseases, the cause is still difficult to determine.

Diet and health care
