How to treat hypertension in kidney disease? Early treatment and prevention are very important

Nephrotic hypertension is high blood pressure caused by a series of kidney diseases. If hypertension is not treated in time, it will cause cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction, which threatens the patient's life safety. The key is to receive early treatment and take antihypertensive drugs in time.

1. Disease treatment

1. Patients with early-stage, mild hypertension and generally normal urine routine can be given non-drug treatment, such as maintaining a good mood, losing weight, limiting salt and alcohol intake, practicing Qigong and Tai Chi, and appropriate physical exercise.

2. Drug treatment: Antihypertensive drugs available:

①Diuretics;

②β-blockers;

③Calcium antagonists;

④Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI). Among them, calcium antagonists and ACEI are more beneficial to renal hemodynamics, and ACEI is better than other antihypertensive drugs in reducing urinary protein. Effectively controlling blood pressure to normal or near normal (18.7/12kPa, 140/90mmHg) can prevent, stabilize or delay hypertensive renal damage.

3. Patients with malignant renal arteriosclerosis have rapidly deteriorating renal function in a short period of time. When they have concurrent hypertensive encephalopathy, rapidly declining vision, intracranial hemorrhage, and cannot take oral medications, intravenous medication can be used, usually sodium nitroprusside, to try to control blood pressure within 12 to 24 hours. Long-term dialysis can quickly lower blood pressure and is suitable for the initial treatment of malignant hypertension.

2. Early prevention of hypertensive nephropathy is very important

1. Aged 40-50 years and above, with a history of hypertension for more than 5-10 years. If microalbuminemia is confirmed, one should be highly vigilant.

2. Increased nocturia, proteinuria or transient hematuria requires regular checks of kidney function and qualitative analysis of urine protein. Quantify urine protein for 24 hours, pay attention to measuring blood pressure, and perform fundus examination.

3. Keep bowel movements smooth.

4. Avoid contact with heavy metals, toxic substances and drugs that may damage the kidneys. TCM treatment of hypertensive nephropathy
