The causes of endocrine disorders are actually these three!

Many female friends are wondering why they have endocrine disorders when they don’t do anything harmful to their bodies. In fact, there are many reasons that lead to endocrine disorders, the most common ones include emotional frustration, spleen and earth fatigue, and kidney deficiency.

1. Emotions are not fulfilled. Emotional disorders, such as liver qi stagnation, rage damaging the liver, worry damaging the spleen, and panic damaging the kidneys, may cause qi disorder and qi stagnation and blood stasis, which can lead to endocrine diseases such as chloasma, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, uterine fibroids, premature aging, etc.

2. Overwork damages the spleen and earth . Lack of restraint in eating, overwork, and a preference for the five flavors (that is, a preference for food with a certain flavor) can obstruct the spleen and stomach functions, limit the absorption of grain essence, and cause waste to remain in the body, thus causing various endocrine disorders.

3. Kidney deficiency is also one of the causes of endocrine disorders in women . The physiological processes of women in each stage of growth, development, reproduction and aging are closely related to the strength and weakness of kidney qi. Women have some unique physiological phenomena. Women are prone to kidney deficiency due to physiological and pathological factors, such as deficiency of essence and qi due to insufficient congenital endowment; excessive sexual intercourse, long-term damage to yin essence, or kidney essence depletion in middle age, kidney yin deficiency or yang deficiency. Symptoms may include fever in the five parts of the body, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, forgetfulness, oligomenorrhea, and amenorrhea.

4. Six external evils . During their special physiological processes, women are vulnerable to external evils such as wind, cold, summer heat, dampness and heat, which can lead to qi disorders and disharmony of qi and blood, thus causing a variety of female endocrine disorders.

Note:

1. Get high-quality sleep and try not to stay up late

Ensuring 8 hours of high-quality sleep every day will be of great help to endocrine regulation, because the body will produce hormones when sleeping. Try to fall asleep before 10 pm, because from 10 pm to 2 am, the body is in the best repair state.

2. Exercise appropriately, aerobic exercise is recommended

Exercise can reduce stress, improve sleep habits, and help reduce excess hormones. The human body generally has five ways to reduce toxins: breathing, sweating, menstruation, urination, and defecation. Proper exercise can increase the heart's contraction, storage function and vascular elasticity.

3. Eat less fast food and stay away from toxins

Excessive intake of artificial hormones and excessive toxins in the body can also cause endocrine disorders. Use less plastic products (including plastic bags) to hold microwave food as toxic substances can easily spill out.
