Exercise methods for frozen shoulder, how to exercise to relieve the condition

For diseases such as periarthritis of the shoulder, we can alleviate the symptoms through exercise, and the effect is very good. However, if you want to alleviate the disease through exercise, you must pay attention to persist and never give up halfway.

1. The patient lies on his back on the bed or with his back against the wall , with his upper arm against the body, using the elbow joint as a fulcrum, flexing the elbow, and performing external rotation exercises.

2. Patients with periarthritis of the shoulder can stand facing the wall and climb the wall with the fingers of the side with periarthritis of the shoulder. Try to climb as high as possible. When you reach the highest point, you can make a mark and then repeat the above actions. Each time, try to climb higher than the previous time. Such repeated exercise is very effective for periarthritis of the shoulder.

3. The patient can stand naturally, rotate the arm suffering from shoulder periarthritis inward and use the healthy hand to hold the affected side, pull it toward the healthy side and upward, as far as possible toward the healthy side. This is more effective for shoulder periarthritis.

4. The patient stands naturally with his arms close to his body , then puts his palms down and raises his arms as high as possible to the highest position. Stay still for ten minutes, then return to the original position and repeat.

5. The patient can stand or lie on his back , then bend the elbow on the affected side, with the palm facing upward and upward, and the forearm forward, and try to wipe the forehead with the elbow, that is, wiping sweat, and do it repeatedly.

6. Lie on your back with your hands behind your head , then bring your elbows in as far as possible, and then extend them out as far as possible. Do this repeatedly to help improve shoulder periarthritis.

7. The patient stands naturally, then straightens his elbows and rotates his arms forward, upward and backward, from small to large. Repeating this process can effectively treat periarthritis of the shoulder.

The above are several exercises for frozen shoulder. Only long-term exercise can be effective! If you want to stop being troubled by frozen shoulder, exercise actively. You may feel some pain in your shoulder at the beginning, but it will get better over time. You must exercise regularly and don't give up halfway!
