In traditional Chinese medicine, liver acupoints are believed to be vital to the functioning of the body, so massaging certain acupoints often has a therapeutic effect. The liver is also a very important organ in our body. So what are the acupoints for soothing the liver and regulating qi? It can regulate Qi, stimulate the thymus gland and enhance the immune mechanism. Broad chest method: Sit down, place the empty palm of your right hand on top of your right breast, pat it with appropriate force and gradually move horizontally to the other side, back and forth 10 times. First, push the right palm to the left to the sternum, and then push the left palm to the right to the sternum. From top to bottom, push alternately to the horizontal line of the navel. Repeat 10 times. Note that your fingers should be close to the ribs and the force should be even, until you feel warmth in the chest and ribs. It can regulate qi and relieve liver.
